AIM 1

Develop and share excellent practice in the leadership and management of outdoor education organisations.

We are continually developing our Gold Standard Award, our networking events such as the conferences and regional meetings, and our virtual networking tools such as social media and our virtual knowledge base.

AIM 2

Championing benefits and outcomes of high quality outdoor learning

We are deepening our relationship with the NAHT, examining where we need to be heard with partners who work in education and the outdoor industry and those sectors that affect what we do.

AIM 3

Represent members interests and influence policy development

With our membership ever growing, we are the ‘go to’ voice of leadership in the outdoor education sector, developing funded projects to support regions and seeking partnership with external bodies who influence policy and practice. Members direct and inform what we do through the regions and by serving on the Executive Committee.
