Hilston park is a grade 2 listed mansion house. Dormitory accommodation in large rooms of between 2 and 8 beds. Separate staff accommodation. Capacity up to 45. Fire detection system renewed 2008 to L1 standard. Emergency lighting renewed 2008.

AALS licenced for caving, climbing, canoeing, kayaking, raft building, mountain walking, trekking.
On-site high ropes courses including zip wire above lake, climbing wall plus eight other climbing challenges.
