Belfast Activity Centre offers a wealth of Adventure Learning and Adventure Therapy activities to youth groups within the voluntary and community sectors. The charity hosts both day activities and residential opportunities with packages tailored to suit individual group desired outcomes.
Belfast Activity Centre work in association with Ardaluin Regeneration Trust to offer a wide range of activities both in Belfast (County Antrim) and Newcastle (County Down). Adventure Activities include, Mountain Biking, Archery, Climbing, Canoeing, Kayaking, Bushcraft, Tree Climbing, Hill Walking, Bouldering and Pier Jumping.
There are also various care farming and forest schooling options under development at Ardaluin with activities including, community group vegetable allotments, sensory garden and walkways, cultivation facilities, squirrel and bird feeding areas, fruit orchard, planting, music area, bamboo maze, bug village, wild flower sowing, star gazing and night sky mapping.
